چکیده

Abstract Sample pretreatment is one of the most crucial and error-prone steps an analytical procedure; it consents to improve selectivity sensitivity by sample clean-up pre-concentration. Nowadays, arousing interest in greener sustainable chemistry has increased development microextraction techniques as alternative preparation procedures. In this review, we aimed show two different categorizations used micro-solid-phase extraction (?SPE) techniques. essence, first concerns solid-phase (SPE) sorbent selection structure: normal-phase, reversed-phase, ion-exchange, mixed-mode, molecular imprinted polymer, special (e.g., doped cartridges for specific analytes). The second a grouping commercially available ?SPE products categories sub-categories. We present every device technology into classifications paying attention their historical actual state art. So, study aims provide state-of-the-art techniques, highlighting advantages, disadvantages, possible future developments pretreatment.

Temperature-responsive Solid-phase Extraction Column for Biological Sample Pretreatment.

We have developed a novel solid-phase extraction (SPE) system utilizing a temperature-responsive polymer hydrogel-modified stationary phase. Aminopropyl silica beads (average diameter, 40 - 64 μm) were coated with poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm)-based thermo-responsive hydrogels. Butyl methacrylate (BMA) and N,N-dimethylaminopropyl acrylamide (DMAPAAm) were used as the hydrophobic and cat...

cohesion and cohesive devices in a contrastive analysis between ge and esp texts

the present study was an attempt to conduct a contrastive analysis between general english (ge) and english for specific purposes (esp) texts in terms of cohesion and cohesive devices. to this end, thirty texts from different esp and ge textbooks were randomly selected. then they were analyzed manually to find the frequency of cohesive devices. cohesive devices include reference, substitution, ...

Solid Phase Extraction : A Chromatographic Perspective

Consider how these problems could be solved by using a solid phase (such as a chromatographic sorbent) instead of the second liquid phase. There are still two distinct phases that can be readily segregated. Also, by proper selection of pH and type of solid phase sorbent, one could optimize the conditions to selectively partition the component(s) of interest on the solid phase. After removal of ...
